- 3. Clean steering knuckle hole, radial tolerance H7; apply a small amount of anti-seize copper grease.
- 4. Chill new bearing at -20°C for 2 hours → quickly press in (temperature differential assembly, reduce pressing force by 15%).
- 5. Install third-generation flange, pre-tighten nuts to 50% torque in diagonal sequence → full torque → 90° angle.
